Day 65

A quick post tonight I'm afraid. I'm beat.

This is a piece of handmade paper that was too pretty to use as wrapping so it hangs on my wall. For anyone who thought that I'd gone quite on the spiral word, check out top right.

Day 64

This is the door knob we randomly found at work today. I love the curve and reflection.

It also reminded me of a chess piece.

Day 63

This is a building within the hospital where I work. I've oftern been struck by it's lines and the reflection of the glass so today, with a bright blue sky, it was perfect for a photograph.

Day 62

This is a picture of my latest section of work for college. You may remember I'm currently exploring spirals (see I can say the word!) and making them out of all sorts of material. This is black cable tie that our deliveries are secured with.

I really like the plastic twist. It has a rigidity that's really appealing. Hmm more things to explore.

Day 61

This is a bit of a cheat! It's a couple of pages from my current sketchbook. I'm really tired and a little uninspired so I'm afraid I'm not up for anything too exciting. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I've had a really long day today. We had our big stock check. I started at 8am and finally at 6.30 my friend and I left. We looked at each other and without even asking each other, headed to the pub. This was my well deserved pint. It was heavenly
